Get text updates about your loan
Nexys, LLC sends account-related text messages to borrowers about their own loan: payment reminders, payment confirmations, notice that a document is ready, and replies to questions you send us. We do not send marketing or promotional text messages.
How to sign up
There are two ways to join, and both are entirely optional.
- Text JOIN to (424) 622-6843. You will get a reply confirming that you are signed up.
- Sign in to your borrower portal and go to Edit Profile → Text Messages, then tick the box to agree to receive text messages. The box is not ticked for you.
By joining, you agree to receive recurring text messages about your loan, including payment reminders, payment confirmations and servicing updates. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe or HELP for help.
Signing up is optional
Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of applying for, obtaining, or servicing a loan, or of any other purchase. Declining does not affect your application, the terms you are offered, or your access to any part of your account. You never have to join to do business with us.
How to stop messages
Reply STOP to any message from us and we will stop texting that number. Reply HELP for help. You can also untick the box in your borrower portal at any time. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
