BEST SOFTWARE FOR CORRESPONDENTS AND TABLE FUNDERS
Software Built for loans that change hands
A table funder closes in its own name while the direct lender underwrites and wires. A correspondent closes with its own funds and then sells. Both need the file to survive the handoff intact.

"This is closer to what we've envisioned than anything else on the market, closer in line with how you actually originate a non-QM loan than the people just trying to bolt DSCR onto an RTL platform. I'd say eighty percent of what we're building is very similar to what you have here."

What is the difference between a correspondent lender and a table funder?
A table funder closes a loan in its own name while a direct lender underwrites and wires the funds, so credit authority sits downstream of the closing name. A correspondent lender closes with its own funds and then sells the loan. Both models depend on post-close document generation and collateral review before the loan moves.
